We make it easy to enroll

Qualifications

The ATA Advantage Legal Plan is available to:

  • Employers, associations, or groups with 25 or more employees or members

  • Located within a reasonable distance of our Lombard or Arlington Heights offices

  • Willing to make the program available to all employees or members, even if participation is optional

Because many of our services are provided in person or through local courts, we currently serve businesses and organizations throughout DuPage County, Kane County, Will County, and suburban Cook County.

Step 1: Review and Sign the MOU

Enrollment begins with a simple Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines:

  • How the ATA Advantage program works

  • The benefits provided to your employees or members

  • The expectations for both your organization and A. Traub & Associates

There is no cost to join the program, and the MOU is non-binding. It simply confirms our shared understanding and authorizes us to roll out the benefit to your team.

Step 2: Rollout and Communication

Once the MOU is signed, we’ll coordinate a smooth, professional rollout with your organization.

Our team will work directly with you to educate employees about the program and provide:

  • A program overview flyer for employees

  • Enrollment access instructions, currently managed by our intake team via email or phone

  • An optional sample email announcement for HR or leadership to share internally

  • Direct contact information for our ATA Advantage Program Director, available to assist both employers and employees

To ensure every employee has equal access to this benefit, we ask for permission to introduce the program organization-wide , even if some individuals choose not to participate.

Step 3: Employee Enrollment

Employees or members can then enroll individually to activate their benefits, including:

  • Free initial consultations

  • Preferred rates on legal services

Enrollment is quick, confidential, and obligation-free.

All participants will be asked to verify employment or membership with the enrolled organization to confirm eligibility.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

Your organization will have a dedicated ATA Advantage liaison for continued support throughout the year.

We also offer optional Ask-A-Lawyer Days and informational sessions, available either virtually or onsite, to help your team better understand their legal benefits and how to access them.
